We appreciate your patience throughout the coronavirus crisis as we’ve had to adjust the care we were able to provide. With restrictions now lifted, we have resumed all oral surgical care and can get back to caring for you and your smile!
It’s understandable to wonder whether it’s safe to visit an oral surgeon during the coronavirus crisis. Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to ensure your visit is safe. While we had to temporarily close some practices during the pandemic, we continued to operate at others in order to provide emergency oral surgical care to those in need. Our teams are well-equipped and experienced in keeping our practices safe. In fact, we’ve had no known exposures or positive COVID-19 cases at this time.
How We’re Keeping You Safe
We have always followed standard protocols issued by the CDC, ADA and AAOMS to help protect our patients and team members from communicable diseases like the coronavirus.
In addition, we implemented the following measures and screening procedures to ensure your health and safety:
While we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety, we also ask for your cooperation in keeping our practices safe. If you have a fever or are experiencing any symptoms of a communicable disease or have had contact with someone who has, please reschedule your appointment.
If you are visiting a practice in Kentucky, please note that state guidelines now require anyone in a healthcare setting to wear a mask or face covering. If you have an upcoming appointment, please bring your own mask. This can be a scarf, bandanna or other covering. Unfortunately, we will not be able to see you without this facial covering.
We are excited to see you again soon!
